ANNUAL PUMP MAINTENANCE PROGRAM -- $200.00
1. Inspect & Lubricate ALL ball valves, handles, actuators & linkages
Including drain valves
2. Grease volume pump & associated zerk fittings
3. Grease main driveline universal joints from transmission back
4. Inspect primer reservoir & siphon connection at tank for blockages
5. Lubricate primer actuator linkage, cable, etc.
6. Drain volume pump & all associated valves & piping
7. Check for leaks between Tank to Pump, Tank Fill, & Cooler Lines
8. Perform Vacuum Testing to test piping & valve seals
9. Actuate & test pump shift mechanisms for proper operation
Air / Electric / Manual / Vacuum / Etc
10. Refill pump & circulate volume pump
11. Test pressure relief valve &/or Pressure Control Device
12. Inspect pump relief valve control actuator
13. Inspect pump pressure & intake gauges
14. Inspect all flexible discharge lines for wear or deterioration
15. Check tachometer drive unit &/or cable
16. Check for proper driveline bolt torque
17. Check pump mounting plates for frame to pump mounts
18. Visually check booster tank for any signs of leaks or cracks
19. Drain pump transmission, inspect, & refill with oil
20. Check pump panel hardware / lighting/ knobs/ etc
A complete written report will be forwarded to you, along with a cost estimate to repair any defective or inoperative item.
CHASSIS MAINTENANCE PROGRAM -- $395.00 PER APPARATUS
1. Visually inspect Exterior of chassis for damaged, loose or otherwisecompromised hardware, lighting, etc.
2. Visually inspect underside of chassis for damaged, loose or otherwisecompromised hardware, lighting, etc.
3. Visually inspect Chassis suspension, leaf spring, coil spring, torsion bar,
airbag, etc. for defects, cracks, or damage
4. Check all shock absorbers for signs of oil leaks or damage to cylinders or
mounts.
5. Inspect fuel lines for leaks, kinks, scuffs, cracks, damage of any sort that may
cause a fuel leak to occur.
6. Inspect front & rear wheel bearing seals for signs of leakage or seepage
7. Inspect front wheel bearings for proper oil levels refill & recheck if required
8. Check Rear differential for proper oil level & add if needed, but re-inspect rearaxle seals for signs of leakage
9. Visually inspect cab mounts & body mounts for signs of damage due to corrosion
10. Visually inspect body sub frame & supports for signs of heavy corrosion
11. Check all driveline universal joints for signs of wear, lubricate if necessary
12. Inspect undercarriage for loose bolts and broken supports.
13. Inspect tires for improper wear, damage, or inflation.
14. Check all steering joints for weak or damaged parts or interference with other parts of the chassis &/or hoses, mounts, harnesses, etc.
15. Lubricate all steering grease fittings with HD grease.
16. Inspect body wiring harness for damage.
17. Check & run engine for leaks & allow to get to temp to check for coolant leaks
18. Check windshield & window glass for damage.
19. Check windshield wipers for condition and proper operation.
20. Fill windshield washer fluid level.
21. Visually inspect cab and body for corrosion or rust perforation.
22. Visually inspect DOT marker lights, turn signals & check for proper operation
23. Visually inspect headlights, high beams & DTR lights & check for proper
operation.
24. While engine running check Load Manager system with all electrical loads on to
check for proper alternator & Load Manager operation.
25. Inspect engine oil and power steering fluid levels.
26. Lubricate chassis door latches, actuator, locks, and hinges
27. Check brakes & slack adjusters for proper operation.
28. Check steering for proper operation &/or noises during operation
29. Check parking brakes and/or micro brake for proper operation.
30. Drain moisture from air reservoir tanks in brake system.
31. Test for engine air compressor & air tank pressure build-up times
32. Test Chassis to Pump Interlock system to ensure proper actuation & engagement
33. Visually inspect for parking brake dash lighting during interlock actuation
34. Inspect air dryer for proper operation &/or air leaks
35. Check for proper interior operations, climate controls, defrost, interior cab lighting,
36. Check for proper operations of audible alarms:low air, parking brake, seat belt,
reverse, door ajar, cab lock, implement-up, etc.
37. Check Tire date code for manufacture date _________.
38. Visually inspect reverse lighting for proper operation & deactivation
A complete written report will be forwarded to you, along with a cost estimate to repair any defective or inoperative item.
ENGINE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM -- $595.00 + AIR FILTER / PER APPARATUS
1.Drain engine oil & replace after filters have been changed.
2.Remove & replace engine oil filters.
3.Remove & replace engine fuel filters.
4.Remove & check air filter (air filter typically replaced every other AEM)
Replace if required by date or condition of filter
5.Remove & replace coolant filters if equipped
6.Examine and correct fluid levels in driveline and steering.
7. Check & Test coolant levels add if necessary
8.Check engine hoses for any signs of wear, interference, or damage that
may cause coolant leaks
9.Check engine hose clamps for leaks &/or damage
10. Replace any damaged or weak hose clamps in cooling system
11. Check intake piping & associated clamps for any signs of damage or wear
12. Obtain a lubricant sample and analyze.
13. Inspect all engine belts & pulleys remove & replace if required (not included)
14. After refilled check running operation of engine to ensure fuel lines are properlybled & oil pressure is being made
15. Recheck engine while running to ensure no leaks are coming from the engine
SERVICE WORK LABOR RATE -- $118.00 per hour
GENERATOR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM -- STARTING AT $175.00/PER GENERATOR
1.Change oil.
2.Change oil filters.
3.Change fuel filters.
4.Clean or replace air filter.
5.Examine and correct coolant level.
6.Examine and correct belt tension.
7.Examine hoses.
8.Check output volts.
